PTE Patch 3.0 works with the latest PES 2017 Data Pack 2. On December 13th, 2016, the third PTE patch for PES 2017 was released. This PTE Patch 3.0 is a cumulative update that replaces all prior PTE patches and Data Packs (AIO). The PTE Patch 3.0 includes the following fixes and improvements:
Celtic, Kobenhavn, Ludogorets, Legia, and Rostov are the only teams not represented in the Champions League (Squads, kits, managers, tactics, accessories & physical attributes updated for all players).

How to install PES 2017 patch on a PC?

Offline and Online Modes for PTE Patch 3.0:
You can use PTE Patch 3.0 in either Offline or Online Modes. The PTE Patch program selector requires Administrator privileges and the “Patch Modes” button. The whole Bundesliga and newly added teams are only available in “Offline” mode, which must be activated by clicking “Apply.” In addition, “Offline Classic” must be turned on before you can play against or sign Classic Legends players to Major League competition. Nevertheless, the “Online Default” setting must be activated before any “myClub” online matches can be played.
As I explained in the preceding tutorial video, “Live Updates” should be permanently disabled. You can’t play with new teams like Bayern Munich until you disable “Live updates.”
Mod 3.0 Gameplay for PTE (Offline):
Both online and offline use of the PTE Patch 3.0 are supported (switch in PTE program). I used this PTE Patch 3.0 to save an offline Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 match between Liverpool and Manchester United. Here’s a video of the game’s best moments and goals:
